I enjoyed every aspect of my recent visit. Everything was excellent! The staff arranged a complimentary birthday cake in my room. That was a thoughtful, sweet surprise. Every team member I met was professional, friendly, and really helpful. The fabulous, super clean rooms and excellent spa facilities also.
I heard traffic a lot, especially from loud vehicles like Lamborghinis and ambulances. It was hard to ignore. I wish I had mentioned it earlier because maybe I could have been moved

The Riviera restaurant offers exceptional food, and the atmosphere is very relaxing! It is an excellent place to reward yourself after a successful day, especially if you want to have a business lunch. I highly recommend it; you should try it!

The gym has modern equipment. The rooftop pool provides skyline views and comfortable loungers. Also, the hotel has a spa offering a variety of treatments; I had a massage, and I felt great afterwards

The room décor seemed perfect. The aroma was really good. The hotel personnel was very helpful and polite. The responsiveness of the staff was AMAZING!!!
The hotel's location left much to be desired. It is located in a developing area. Practically nothing is within walking distance. the gym was not ready. I had to cross to another building for the gym.

I appreciated the Horizon Room, it had ample space. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the availability of many pillow options. Breakfast on the fourth floor provided good choices and a great view.
The tv system operated slowly. Internet speeds felt slow at times.

slow responseroom glitch
I was so ready for amazing service, but it wasn't always there. sometimes, it took longer than i wanted for the service line to answer and get me what i needed, maybe 20-30 minutes. i really expected faster help at such a fancy place. also, my room wasn't cleaned when i expected it to be, even though i had the service button on. There must have been a glitch because it showed as 'do not disturb'. it was a bit annoying.

I was a bit disappointed by the noise level in my Sunrise Room. The constant traffic sounds from the highways made it difficult to relax! even with the windows closed. the service was not as polished as I anticipated. There were some inconsistencies that felt a bit amateurish for a hotel of this caliber. This reminded me of a problem with staff training.

The building has a refined interior. That aspect met my expectations.
Reception seemed more concerned with my departure than my arrival. Internet speeds were quite slow and the connection dropped frequently. There is a minimum charge for a table at High Society on the 30th floor.
